My Issue was Using the way this was written, to start with the structure was quite crappy; it is just estimates from experts over the legislation of attraction with out excellent examples, without having excellent explanations or great editing. The reserve will get redundant quite quickly because it has one Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
